The good you do today, people will often forget tommorrow; Do good anyway. Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; Give the world the best you've got anyway. You see, in the final analysis. it is between you and your higher power; it is never between you and them ANYWAY.

Sweet Lanta

That girl just makes me smile! Since Fall has finally decided that it may come visit I thought I had better get clothes and jackets..etc..ready. I found Lanta's jacket from last year and was starting to fold it to put in the give away pile when I noticed it had pins on it. All the Skunk train pins that my Aunt Robin and Uncle Billy had sent her. Neddless to say it made me tear up when I was taking them off. Lanta came into ask me why I was crying..I said oh that I was crying because I was sad about Uncle Billy. She pats me on the arm says don't cry Momma-Billy is in heaven at Jesus' house! You are right Lanta! Then she reminds me that she saw the Skunk train-Then she says does he give Jesus rides on the train?! Oh, Lanta I said I am sure that there is a special train he drives in heaven! She's just a jewel! Just coming into her own little person! It's great!
Lanta goes every Sunday to spend time with her Aunt Tamy. I know how lucky that she has her own time with Tamy...they painted pumpkin and cat wood cut outs on Sunday that Lanta was very proud of. Lanta gave one to Nana. When Nana was very excited about her pumpkin-Lanta said yeah Nana if you had a Tamy you could paint too...Nana said can I borrow Tamy and paint and do fun things? Lanta heisted and said yeah you can paint with her but she is mines and baby August'..... Lanta!! She loves her Aunt Tamy....

Lanta IS such an awesome person and has such a personality! She is very lucky to have Aunt Tamy. It's just something about the Aunt-Neice-Nephew bond that is amazing!
