The circus was in town.....

Parents get your wallets out! I would say that I was kidding but I'm not!! We had a great time with our buddies Gena,Aidan and Breckan on Tuesday afternoon when the circus was in town. This was the first time that any of the kids got to see a circus so needless to say it was beyond exciting for them!! when we first got there the kids took a pony ride which I tried to get pictures of but it was hard while we went in the circle for me to hold August,walk in a circle and try to focus the camera while walking backwards..it was making me dizzy!! They were cowboys as Lanta kept telling me....Gena is always prepared..she brought tons of smuggled in snacks and even had neon glow-in-the-dark bracelets!! The kids loved them and me too...I did buy them cotton candy which was yummy and messy. But what they all really wanted was the $10 light sword things..Oh those are the moments when you want to buy your kids everything BUT really it was already $32 for the Mommy's to get in(thankfully Gena had found free passes for the kids),$24 for 3 pony rides,$6 for cotton candy I just couldn't do the $40 it would have cost us for 4 swords because you know no one could share...I told her that we could got to the store and buy probably 2 or 3 for the price they all took it well with no crying...Darn circus people! All in all it was a great first time experience for all..as always we had a great time with our friends!!!
