Oh Meme.....


Sunday morning started out wishing that you and Papa were still here at the hotel..I told Lanta I know how she felt that I'm sure that you two felt the same and wished that you could just drive over and come play cards too. Miles may separate us but we carry you in our hearts or that is what I tell the kids...carry Meme and Papa in your hearts that way no one can take that from you and you can always have them with you. I know how it felt to have your Grandparents live in a different state...mine all lived in California when I was a girlie so I can relate to the sadness that she was expressing Sunday to me :( Man it's hard growing up...I love that girl!!

Awwwwwwwww ~ the love our kiddos feel towards their grandparents is an awesome blessing! The PRECIOUS memories they are building with Lanta and August will last a LIFETIME! Also, LOVE the Preying Mantis pics Troy took! AWESOME shots! Sorry I have been lurking and not commenting much lately! Baaaaaaaad Cyn, so please forgive :-) !

How sweet. Poor thing. Kaitlyn had a meltdown just before we got home Monday from our long weekend at Nana and Papa's. She wanted to go back and I was tempted to send her; if only it wasn't a four plus hour drive. My mom said she wished we could just shoot them through the phone line. =)
