Lake Meredith?
I know it seemed I ran away but I am back! September was a crazy month and October is giving me a run for my money..hehe! Last weekend we took a little trip to Fritch to "Lake Meredith" poor lake....it's almost gone. Back in the 90's when I was a wild and crazy teenager we would go there sometimes on the weekend and camp out and well you can guess the rest and let just say the water was ALL THE WAY TOO THE TOP OF THE ROCKS!!!! It has gone down hundreds of feet. We thought we better bring the kids to see it before it went completely dry....I mean when Troy was a kid he and his Grandad would take the boat out there and go fishing....at it's deepest it's like 100 feet or something crazy.....I had to take a moment and go take a little cry. It's just unbelieveable to see ground where there once was SO MUCH water and to walk there too!!!
